Training manuals on operating procedures and standards, human resources, recipes and kitchen procedures, service standards, restaurant management, and advertising and marketing.
8-week restaurant training program to gain hands-on experience in all basic functions of restaurant operations. Additional HR and training support from our team to prepare for opening.

The Operations Team visits all locations regularly in order to support and offer suggestions on ways to streamline and improve operations.
We will conduct a detailed audit on a regular basis at all locations which covers service, food quality, timing standards, Operating Procedures and Standards, cleanliness, food safety, etc. Accounting practices are also reviewed when deemed appropriate and necessary.
Our Operations Team visits all locations on a regular basis and keeps operators informed on what is taking place within the chain. The Team also listens to any concerns that operators may have and attempts to assist them in their restaurant operations.
Our Operations Team always makes sure that someone is on call seven days a week. Should you have an unexpected emergency, someone will be available to help you.
The Head Office is continuously conducting detailed menu mixes, reviewing the menus and adapting the prices and content, to ensure that the proper financial equation is achieved.
We strive to be leaders in the restaurant industry when it comes to our advertising and promotional strategies by introducing new marketing initiatives like our mobile App launched in 2014.
Our Marketing Professionals will be happy to work with you in the layout design and execution of any of your Local Store Marketing initiatives. Working together with our Marketing Department enables you to best target your customer base.
Whenever a customer calls the RAMMP Office with any comments concerning your location, a written report is compiled and forwarded to you, as well as to our Operations Team. Then a letter is sent to the customer.
All restaurant locations use an approved touchscreen Point of Sale system designed to track all sales and financial information, making your life easier.
Any time your POS system needs updating, either for a new feature sheet, a promotion or a menu change. Menu changes or screen enhancements are sent electronically to your computer.
Our Intranet, or as we like to call it “The Grill”, serves as a direct line of communication and resources for our franchisees. Once you have begun the training process, you will be provided your own login details to this site and will have immediate access to marketing tools, operational manuals, training videos and other important resources.
Our team outlines a marketing plan and financial budget to help you grow your business and support you along your journey.
We oversee a network of approved suppliers, to ensure consistency of our authorized products and to maintain high standards of quality and cost controls.
Our Advisory Committee, consisting of a panel of owner-operators and corporate personnel, meets on a regular basis to discuss advertising, marketing, promotions, suppliers, products, menu pricing and revisions, and general concerns. Franchise meetings are held on a regular basis, where the Head Office keeps all locations informed on what is taking place from a chain-wide point of view. Workshops and seminars are designed to assist Franchisees to further develop their skills and train their own management teams. Our RAMMP Hospitality Conference brings together all of our franchisees.
To keep abreast of new ideas in the food industry and to meet the demands of an ever-changing market, we constantly work on developing and testing new products and reformulating existing recipes.
