Robin Chakrabarti

Robin Chakrabarti

President, Partner

Partner Robin Chakrabarti has 20 years of hands on operational experience in consumer packaged goods, food service and distribution and in mergers and acquisitions across diversified industries both in North America and Europe. Having bought, sold, financed and operated mid-sized companies, Robin is uniquely positioned to understand and relate to the opportunities and challenges of RAMMP's franchisees and other stakeholders. He currently sits on the board of We Care, a leading home healthcare provider in Canada and on the board of Coast Capital Savings Credit Union one of Canada's largest credit unions and is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Society of Children's Centres, one of Canada's largest childcare providers.

Mike Cordoba

Chairman, CEO

Partner Mike Cordoba has 25 years of diverse business experience. He has managed a portfolio of public and private companies with $1billion in total revenue in various industries including restaurants, retail, manufacturing and processing and real estate. In his executive capacity he has built companies from the ground up to become industry leaders in their segments. Mike currently sits on various company boards and is chairman of the board for Mr. Lube. His expertise in M&A activity is highly regarded in the marketplace.

Al Cave

Vice Chairman, Partner

Partner Al Cave has 30 years of experience in the foodservice and retailing industries. He has owned and operated his own businesses and been involved in the leadership and management of start up and leading national brands. Al is known for an ability to combine a strategic 50,000-foot best in class vision with a tactical stringent attention to detail. His breadth of experience from working across Canada and the US with a variety of foodservice companies brings the RAMMP team valued expertise to the development of long term growth, branding and operational strategies for companies in their portfolio.

Rick Villalpando

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Rick Villalpando has 25 years Senior Management experience in Franchise Development, with 15 of those years specifically invested in the foodservice industry. Over his career Rick has held senior positions with Prime Restaurants (Vice President National Development), White Spot Restaurants (Vice President, Business Development), Boston Pizza Restaurants (Director of Franchising and Real Estate for Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest US), and Quizno’s Classic Subs (Vice President, Operations/Franchise Support). This significant exposure to different brands and market segments is what makes Rick such an invaluable resource to RAMMP’s franchise development and franchisees.

Tony Zidar

Senior Vice President, Operations

Tony Zidar is a diverse operational leader in the hospitality with over 24 years of experience spanning many different sectors of the industry. Over his career, Tony has gained his expertise developing concepts and talent grids within sole proprietorships, franchise environments and publicly held companies. In his leadership roles, Tony has been tasked with leading and growing large high performing teams, turning around under-performing concepts, and developing exciting and fresh new concepts for expansion and growth. Tony is an active member of the hospitality industry and has had seats on the Board of Advisors for the programs at both George Brown College and Georgian College.

Don Gowan

Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing

Don Gowan has over twenty years of senior management experience in numerous sectors most recently, managing a large region for the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer.  Don has also worked in the not-for-profit sector and has many years of international experience in the consumer packaged goods and logistics sector with Canadian Springs Water Company, a subsidiary of Groupe Danone, and other global brands. Don is active on several boards including the College of New Caledonia, The Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation and has been a lifelong member of Kiwanis International.

Warren Goss

Vice President Operations Mr MIKES

Warren Goss has nearly 30 years of foodservice and hospitality related experience. As both an owner and operator of his own restaurant, Warren is the leader over new store openings for RAMMP. His personal exposure to all aspects of the restaurant business has caused Warren to become incredibly adept in finding, developing and leading strong restaurant teams that adhere to leading operational systems and standards found only at RAMMP.

Sheryl Pringle

Vice President Finance

Sheryl Pringle has close to 10 years of senior accounting experience within a variety of industries including technology, non-profit and the hospitality and foodservice sector. Sheryl was formerly with one of Canada's largest casual dining restaurant chains and is now transposing that experience to one of Canada's fastest growing restaurant chains, RAMMP. To bring franchisees into fiscal prosperity Sheryl promotes strong financial discipline, the value of corporate culture, and a commitment to social responsibility and the environment.

Rob Scali

RAMMP Director of Purchasing

Director of Purchasing Rob Scali has over 25 years of active participation in the foodservice industry. He has served both regional and national chains in a full scope of management and front-end positions. The last 15 years Rob has focused his experience towards rebranding and rebuilding the MR. MIKES brand concept. Today he is responsible for purchasing and menu development for the multi-branded portfolio under RAMMP.
